
Ribeye has long been known to steak buffs as the standard for flavor. This cut of meat comes from the ribs of an Angus cattle. The ribeye produce incredible fat marbling, serving rich flavors and juiciness.
Choice grade beef is high quality, but has less marbling than Prime. Choice ribeye will be very tender, juicy, and flavorful and are suited for dry-heat cooking.
