Striploin: American Wagyu GOLD Grade


The Striploin, also known as New York Strip, blusters a melt-in-your-mouth texture experience, but is still juicy and has a powerful beefy flavor. This cut contains a more even distribution of marbling than a ribeye. 

The Gold New York Strip has the richest amount of marbling offered by Snake River Farms.  It makes a commanding culinary statement preparing these Gold Grade Striploin steaks on the grill or skillet.  This is an award winning meat, used in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide.
